Contrast therapy, the use of a sauna, and/or the use of a cold plunge tub can have varying effects on individuals depending on their health status, pre-existing conditions, and overall physical condition. It is strongly recommended that you consult with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new health regimen, including the use of our services. This is especially important for individuals who are pregnant, use prescription drugs, have cardiovascular issues, respiratory problems, or any other health conditions that could be affected by heat or cold exposure. The guidance of a doctor can help ensure that these services are safe and beneficial for you. Please heed any advice given by your healthcare provider regarding sauna use.
